These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by SpedMic Private Limited ("SpedMic", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our site or engaging our services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
SpedMic provides software development, web & mobile application development, cloud solutions, and related IT services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate written agreements between SpedMic and the client.
Clients must provide timely access to information, systems, and decision-makers. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, we retain ownership of pre-existing IP, tools, and libraries. On full payment, the client receives the agreed license or ownership of deliverables as specified in the contract.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using our services you consent to data processing as described there.
Except where required by law, SpedMic provides services "as is" and disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpedMic's total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the specific project agreement. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms in the project contract. On termination, the client must pay for work performed up to that date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
